What is the current application process?
After your CV has convinced us, we will arrange an interview with you. Of course, we would like to meet you in person. However, the current situation requires a constant adjustment. We are able to conduct the interviews remotely, e.g. via Microsoft Teams / Videocall with you. We will send you an invitation including a participation link in advance and off you go. This way, all sides get a good first impression. If you and we have decided to continue the process, there will be a second meeting. To what extent we can conduct this in person, we decide together and according to the situation.

Are the chances worse if I do not want to come in person?
Your chances are not worse if you do not want to come in person. Currently, we also prefer remote meetings.

When can I start working for you/would it also be possible to start later?
We are hiring on an ongoing basis. However, if you would like to start later due to the current situation, we will find a solution.
