A variety of jobs, projects and clients are a given fact for us. But our employees are just as diverse. In future, we want to place greater emphasis on and further promote the fact that everyone finds a place with us, regardless of origin, age, gender or ideology.

We kicked this off with our quarterly Jour Fixe, where we presented the results of our cross-locaton diversity survey. More than 270 colleagues took part in the survey and openly told us how they feel about Valtech Mobility and what we can and must do better.

Now we have to draw the right conclusions and consolidate our culture, where respect, tolerance and diversity are and remain a matter of fact.
