Valtech Mobility provides the backend for the intelligent charging function as a managed service and thus supports the entire functionality of the service.
In contrast to the rest of the Group’s Connect backend, the backend for the intelligent charging function is not hosted and operated internally, but by Valtech Mobility – for all brands and markets.
With the intelligent charging functions, owners of a solar system can optimize the use of surplus energy.
With the intelligent charging function, Audi drivers can monitor and automatically bill charging processes. The individual charging histories can then be viewed in the myAudi portal.
The solution secures the charging station with PIN protection and blackout protection, which prevents overloading of the house connection.
