Joint Forces: 11 Major Players Publish a Joint Memorandum for SDV<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

The future is taking shape: Within the framework of the Eclipse Foundation, 11 key players from the automotive industry, including BMW, Mercedes, VW, Bosch, and others, have published a joint memorandum outlining cross-company collaboration in the field of SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle).<\/p>\n

The “S-Core” project group will initially focus on developing an open-source operating system for central vehicle computers\u2014so-called High Performance Computers (HPC). This operating system aims to provide an open, flexible, and high-performance platform to enable the next generation of connected and autonomous vehicles.<\/p>\n

The Eclipse Foundation is a globally leading open-source platform in the SDV sector and offers an ideal foundation for innovative projects.<\/p>\n
