- 1st and 2nd level support of our employees via a ticket system (no on-call duty)
- Software administration and license management of user and server software
- Repair processing and administration of Windows and macOS clients
- Support for configuration adjustments within the Atlassian stack (Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket) and Office 365
- Documentation and further development of IT service processes
Preferred Qualifications
- University Degree or vocational training in systems integration or a similar discipline
- Experience in the administration of macOS and Windows client systems
- A calm head to solve even complex problems purposefully and with good communication
- Organizational talent and determination
- Careful, conscientious and independent way of working
- Fluent German and good English skills

How to apply
Step 1
The first interview is all about getting to know each other. You will have the opportunity to learn all there is about Valtech Mobility. Since we place a high value on a good work atmosphere in our teams, we will use this talk to find out if the chemistry is right between us.
Step 2
If that is the case, a second interview will follow soon after where we want to do some practical work with you. Here, an exercise should give us some insight into the way you work. At the same time you will have the chance to meet some of your potential colleagues. So it is not a test situation but a look at the daily life in a Valtech Mobility team.
Step 3

Valtech Mobility is an automotive software company for digital solutions around the connected vehicle.
The joint venture between the digital agency Valtech and Volkswagen Group was founded in 2018. The core topics are connected platforms, electromobility and data analysis. Around 400 employees work at the company's headquarters in Munich and at other locations in Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Dresden, Ingolstadt, Brunswick, Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan.
